Session 1: Serpent of the South - Connection and Release - BIG SHAMANIC BREATH CLUB
Focus: In Week 1, we will explore the energy of the Serpent of the South, representing transformation and shedding of old patterns. The breathwork practice will emphasise connecting with our primal instincts and releasing what no longer serves us. We will practise simple exercises and use self-development tools connected to releasing old patterns and habits leaving them behind in the old year, not bringing them into the new year, so you can dive deeper into your‘self’.
Teachings: The Serpent is a symbol of transformation and renewal. It teaches us to shed our old skins, letting go of limiting beliefs and negative emotions. During this week, we will learn to embrace change…
