In this soothing 90 minutes you are guided through gentle diaphragmatic breathwork exercises to restore and calm the nervous system. Using slow, biodynamic breathing techniques we release tightness and tension, softening the body and quietening the busy mind.

About the Event
We breathe through a sequence of restorative postures and movements before reclining into deep relaxation with 1:1 aromatherapy and a unique guided visualisation, known as The Lullaby.
This session is designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging the production of Melatonin. This natural hormone is produced by the pineal gland (located in your brain) and promotes the relief of stress and anxiety, drifting you into a sea of calm and a delicious state of rest, so you may step into the weekend feeling restored and rejuvenated.
This session will be interactive using sound elements, music and aromatherapy.
