This workshop is a unique blend of ancient traditions and modern practices designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. We'll come together in community to honour the Winter Solstice with a series of transformative experiences, including a cacao ceremony, Conscious Connected Breathwork session & Ancestral healing and a soothing sound and gong bath to integrate the whole experience.
