Cancer New Moon Breath & Gong Ceremony

Sisters and space holders, Susie Smith a Transformational Breathwork Coach and Gong Practitioner Vicky Smith take you on a unique journey using the sound and vibration of the Gong and the deep transformative power of conscious breathwork.

Open your hearts and step into this watery and emotive new moon energy with some deep and powerful frequencies. 

We will go deeper on a journey inward and downwards in this full 75-minute sound breath, and movement immersive workshop. This will be a somatic therapy journey with breath and sound healing. Using the technique of open mouthed, conscious connected, diaphragmatic breathwork, opening, and connecting ourselves to higher states of consciousness; including within the session biodynamic movement to help ease any tension and stuck energy out of the body.

We will begin by calling in the energy of the Cancer New Moon to create our heart centered intentions opening our heart spaces with some movement and dance to celebrate this watery and tranquil energy allowing us to drop opened and willing into a 50-minute breathwork space, surrendering to the power of the breath.

Gently being brought into the final phase of the workshop where the integration takes over as Vicky leads us through the 20-minute gong and sound bath, the sacred sounds enhancing the already raised frequencies and easing us into a place of deep reflection, release, reset and completion. 

Using her deeply healing New Moon Gong to connect us to the emotional and strong Cancerian moon Energies. In this ceremony we look to call in the power and possibilities of the Moons energies amplified and channeled by the breathwork & gong. Open to all levels from Beginner to experienced Breathers.
