This is a soulful workshop in the Painted Hall in the midst of two beautiful art installations. Guided by Susie Smith, whose unique and profound approach weaves together conscious connected breathwork, emotional healing, and somatic body mapping. She is joined by Junior, now a fully certified Intuitive Breathwork Facilitator, who supports the session with a masterful soundscape and frequency alignment, using his collection of Planetary Gongs to deepen the integration process.
