About the Event
THIS IS NOT FOR NEW BREATHERS. You must have experienced at least 1 session prior to attending breath club.
Get a full 50 minute session for ONLY £20 and you can sign up for a free 1:1 with one of my Trainees as a case study!
You need to have experienced at least 1 previous Conscious Connected Breathwork before. There is no demo or explanation in these shorter sessions as we jump straight into a full 50 minute breathe. Ideally you should book onto one of my '2hr Workshops' if totally new to conscious breathwork.
