About the Event
NEW TO BREATHWORK? Want to try it and see what all the fuss is about? Or want to strengthen your regular Breathing Practice and go deeper in a safe and held space?
Then join our monthly breath club! We come together as a group via Zoom and we use the consciousconnectedbreathing technique of Transformational Breathwork. Experience a fully facilitated 45 minute session.
As a group the energy of the collective really expands into everyone’s personal awareness and creates a great momentum.
Its always an exciting mix of new and regular breathers.
▫New Breathers 7pm start - for demo & instructions please.
▫Regular Breathers 7:10pm ready to breath for 7:15pm
We start breathing at 7:15pm sharp, anyone trying to enter space after this won’t gain entry as it’s important the space is not interrupted once running.
We breathe to music, with full guidance and gentle affirmations to move the energy through the body as we breathe and end with a 10 minute integration/meditation for gifts, awareness or the insights you need to receive to come through and gently allow the body to bask in the higher vibrational state this deep dive session brings.

PLEASE NOTE:
You will be best in a laying down position for this session, with a pillow to support your head and a blanket handy for the meditation.
If you have Asthma or lung/respiratory issues please ensure you are propped up or sitting up and notify me on arrival into the group via the Zoom message chat.
