In this Conscious Breath Workshop, you will be guided and supported through a full conscious connected breath session allowing you to drop back into that place of personal peace and freedom. In this 2-hour workshop you will learn: - The science behind the breath, why we need to change the way we breath. - Why we develop dysfunctional breathing patterns in the first place and more importantly how to correct them. - Learn some everyday simple and easy to use breathing practices. - A full 45-minute deep and profound Transformational Breath Session
