Learn life changing Breathwork at this all-new beginner’s workshop including the neuroscience behind WHY we need to be more aware of our breath, full explanations on the very big differences between Conscious Breathwork and Yogic Breathing, a live Breath Analysis so you can witness how the way we live is indicative of the way we breathe and finishing with a 50-minute-deep dive, fully facilitated Conscious Connected Breathwork session with Susie and her facilitators.

Understand why a disrupted nervous system creates a dysfunctional breathing pattern, and why this can have a huge impact on the amount stress and anxiety we experience daily.

Combined, they create most of what we feel as 'uncomfortable' sensations – stress, fear, anxiety, overwhelm etc so learning how to reset the nervous system and bring your breathing back into a functional healthy pattern, can be life changing.
