When was the last time you laughed for no reason?

Beginning with 20-minutes of Laughter exercises to warm up through movements and humorous practices allowing you all to naturally raise your vibration and frequency creating a lighter more open channel for the breath to really work its magic.

Group laughter lowers our inhibitions and boosts our serotonin as well working to soften the diaphragm, a muscle which when tight and ridged can cause us a great deal of physical and emotional discomfort, the diaphragm needs to be flexible and relaxed for the body to inhale enough oxygen to allow the body to function at its optimum level. These exercises have been especially created to really open the body, the heart and of course the diaphragm in preparation for the leap into your subconscious with an hour-long deep dive into the Transformational Breath session.

Laughter is a perfect heart centred prelude to breathwork as it opens the chest and relaxes the body while increasing the ability to let go and trust in the breathwork.

During this 2-hour workshop you will experience joy, immersion, insights and hopefully, something truly profound.

Learning to let go and laugh and really connect to your breath, bring new sensations and a greater understanding of your mind, body, and soul. These modalities combined can have a powerful and long-lasting effect on your mood and overall wellbeing.

Changing the way you breathe when stressed or anxious builds better resilience and strengthens both the respiratory and immune system, clears the mind and increases blood flow to create more energy and a better connection to ourselves and the tools and tips you learn in this workshop can be used again and again.
