Learn how to harness the transformative power of deep conscious connected breathwork and experience first hand how it gently and beautifully brings you back home to yourself. In this Conscious Breath Workshop you will be guided and supported through a full conscious connected breath session allowing you to drop back into that place of personal peace and freedom. We will breathe to reset the nervous system, shut down the mental chatter and fold ourselves softly into that space of calm.

The tools you'll learn in this workshop can be used again and again - long after the session is over.

Susie is a fully trained Transformational Breath 1:1 coach and group workshop leader and this online session has been carefully created to help you learn the art of conscious breathing in a safe and supported environment.

Open to and appropriate for total beginners or experienced breathers alike, wherever you are on your Breath Journey you will leave this workshop feeling calm, connected and free.

In this 1 hour workshop Susie will take you through how to connect to your breath at a deeper level (and how the circular connected breath works for those new to the modality) finishing with a 40 minute fully guided diaphragmatic conscious breath session, with music, which closes out with a beautiful 10 minute mediation allowing you the space to integrate any of the energies and sensations you may experience during the workshop.
