Learn life changing Breathwork at this all-new beginner’s workshop including the neuroscience behind WHY we need to be more aware of our breath, full explanations on the very big differences between Conscious Breathwork and Yogic Breathing, a live Breath Analysis so you can witness how the way we live is indicative of the way we breathe and finishing with a 50-minute-deep dive, fully facilitated Conscious Connected Breathwork session with Susie and her facilitators.
