Susie Smith, Breathwork and Trauma Informed Therapist and Gong and Sound Practitioner Junior Valentine take you on a unique journey using the deep transformative power of conscious connected breathwork entwined with the sound, frequency, and vibration of a full and immersive sound/gong bath.  While guided and supported you are given full explanations of a breathwork technique, an open-mouthed conscious connected diaphragmatic breathwork, connecting ourselves to our body wisdom and higher intelligence through the breath; Susie will work directly with participants throughout the session helping to reprogram the subconscious using a unique hands-on acupressure ‘body mapping’ technique to help release any tension and pockets of trapped energy out of the body, which can surface through the breathwork activation.  Susie and Junior both work with energy and will be supporting and guiding you throughout to help reset and restore the soul’s frequency.
