THIS IS MY REGULAR BEGINNERS WORKSHOP - TAKEN ONLINE ....for those unable to get to my studios in Kent & London. 

The tools you will learn and practice in this workshop can be used again and again - long after the session is over.

Susie Smith is a fully trained Breathwork Therapist, Trauma Informed & Embodiment Mentor, certified 1:1 facilitator and group workshop leader and this informative, energic and emotional workshop session has been carefully created to help you learn the art of conscious breathing in a safe and supported environment. Susie will take you deep into your subconscious and then deeper still.

Open to all levels and ideal for total beginners and experienced breathers alike, wherever you are on your Breath Journey you will leave this workshop feeling calm, connected, alive and free.

By becoming more aware of your breathing you can gain powerful new insights to embody and change the way you live.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • The science behind the breath, why we need to change the way we breath.
  • Why we develop dysfunctional breathing patterns in the first place and more importantly how to correct them.
  • Learn some everyday simple breath awareness techniques
  • A fully guided and deeply profound Conscious Breathwork Session
