In this Conscious Breath Workshop, you will be guided and supported through a full conscious connected breath session allowing you to drop back into that place of personal peace and freedom. We will breathe to reset the nervous system, shut down the mental chatter and fold ourselves softly into that space of calm.

The tools you'll learn in this workshop can be used again and again - long after the session is over.

Susie Smith is a fully trained Transformational Breath, Trauma Informed Therapist & Mentor a certified 1:1 facilitator and group workshop leader and this informative and fun workshop session has been carefully created to help you learn the art of conscious breathing in a safe and supported environment.

Open to all levels and ideal for total beginners and experienced breathers alike, wherever you are on your Breath Journey you will leave this workshop feeling calm, connected, and free.

In this 2-hour workshop you will learn:

The science behind the breath, why we need to change the way we breath.

Why we develop dysfunctional breathing patterns in the first place and more importantly how to correct them.

Learn some everyday simple and easy to use breathing practices.

A full 45-minute deep and profound Transformational Breath Session
