About the Event

In this Conscious Breath & Gong Workshop, you will be guided and supported through a full conscious connected breath session allowing you to drop back into that place of personal peace and freedom. We will breathe to reset the nervous system, shut down the mental chatter and fold ourselves softly into that space of calm.

The tools you will learn and practice in this workshop can be used again and again - long after the session is over.

You will learn:

The science behind the breath, why we need to change the way we breath.

Why we develop dysfunctional breathing patterns in the first place and more importantly how to correct them. Learn some everyday simple and easy to use breathing practices.

A full 45-minute deep and profound Transformational Breath Session followed by an immersive Gong bath to help you integrate the Breathwork experince.
