Join our monthly breath club!
We come together as a group via ZOOM using the #consciousconnectedbreathing technique of circular connected breathwork.
Experience a fully facilitated 40 minute session.
As a group the energy of the collective really expands into everyone’s personal awareness and creates a great momentum.
We breathe to music, using the open mouthed technique of Circular Breathing - Conscious Connected Breathwork - this is not yogic breathing. You will have full guidance and instructions along the way with gentle affirmations to move the energy through the body as we breathe for 30 minutes and end with a 10 minute integration/meditation for gifts, awareness or the insights you need to receive to come through and gently allow the body to bask in the higher vibrational state this deep dive session brings.

You will be best in a laying down position for this session, with a pillow to support your head and a blanket handy for the meditation.
If you have Asthma or lung/respiratory issues please ensure you are propped up or sitting up and notify me on arrival into the group via the ZOOM message chat.
