Monthly BREATH CLUB 7pm to 8pm.
OPEN TO ALL LEVELS
Beginners by 7pm sharp for recap on instructions & Demo.
Regular Breathers - by 7:15 please.
This space is created to help you keep your practice up in the comfort of your own home, to strengthen your regular Breathing Practice and go deeper in a safe and held space or for you to experience this breathwork for the first time.
